Description

XZP40T | Microwave Photodetector integrates a high-speed PIN photodiode and a low-noise transimpedance amplifier (TIA) into an airtight box module. The optical input is supplied through a single-mode fiber and the receiver is designed to operate up to 40 Gbps optical transmission.
