YAG(Nd) | Laser Crystal is the most commonly used solid-state crystal material. It is characterized by high gain, low threshold, high efficiency, low loss (at 1064nm high optical quality), good mechanical and thermal properties, and is easy to operate in TEM00 mode, allowing it to be used in all types of solid-state laser systems. Compared with other laser crystals, its fluorescence lifetime is twice more than YVO4(Nd), and its thermal conductivity is better as well.
- Production of blue lasers with frequency-doubling of 946nm
- Operations in high power lasers up to kw level at 1064nm
- Direct Q-switching with Cr4+YAG
- Uses for high-power green laser for SHG@1064n
