Description

CsI(Tl) | Scintillation Crystal is one of the brightest scintillation crystals used for gamma ray detection. It has excellent mechanical properties, with a light yield four-times higher than that of BGO and a radiation length shorter than that of NaI(Tl). With a broad emission spectrum from 350nm to 700nm, CsI matches well with photodiodes and is suitable for detecting heavy charged particles under strong gamma ray backgrounds.
