AgGaS2 | Infrared Crystal is an excellent middle-infrared, nonlinear optical crystal which has many applications in the middle and deep-infrared wavelengths due to its unique features. The crystal has a low absorption coefficient, large effective optical nonlinearity (d36=39pm/V), and wide broad-transparency range (0.73 to 21μm). It is especially useful in transmission ranges between 0.9 to 16μm, and wide-phase matchability provides benefits for OPO applications when pumped by a variety of currently available lasers.
