Laser Module from X-Z LAB is a series of green, blue, and red laser modules. Each module works independently or as an OEM module. The compact package and small size make integration easy.

Laser Module beam shapes

Three beam shapes are available: dot, line, and cross. For example, the dot suits pointing and alignment. The line fits scanning and measurement. The cross marks positions in two axes at once.

Laser Module OEM-ready by design

The compact package drops into larger systems without redesign. Small size also keeps the thermal and mechanical design simple. Moreover, OEM customers can specify housings and interfaces to match their system.

Choosing color and shape

Green suits human-eye visibility for alignment. Blue fits fluorescence excitation and high-resolution sensing. Red remains the economical choice for basic pointing. The beam shape follows the task: dots for points, lines for edges, crosses for centers.

Low cost, broad use

The modules are low cost, which opens industrial and medical applications to laser precision. They are used in laser display, scanning, and printing. Surveying equipment and laser alignment/pointing are classic jobs. OEM use in medical systems is also common.
