NaI(Tl) | Scintillation crystal is the most widely used scintillation material, with properties such as great light output and emission range, as well as high resolution for gamma and x-rays.

Description

NaI(Tl) | Scintillation Crystal is the most widely used scintillation material, based on NaI substrate-doped certain concentration thallium. Among scintillators, it has the greatest light output and emission range coincidence. It also has a maximum-efficiency region of photomultiplier (PMT) with bialkali photocathodes and no obvious self-absorption in glow wavelength. NaI(Tl) has high resolution for both x-rays and gamma rays.
